Angela Brand

Angela Brand is the Operations Manager for Davenport Partners. Prior to the formation of Davenport Partners in 2002, Ms. Brand was the Operations Manager of Spieker Properties’ Southern California Region. Spieker Properties was merged into Equity Office Properties (NYSE: EOP) in July 2001.

Ms. Brand began her career in real estate in 1996 when she joined Spieker Properties. As a result of her increasing performance in the property management discipline, Ms. Brand was promoted to Operations Manager in 1999, where she worked with John Davenport, President, Southern California, in the oversight of a portfolio of over eleven million square feet in more than sixty projects valued at $1.9 billion. Her specific duties were in the areas of reporting, establishing regional policy, human resource matters, and multiple diverse projects.

At Davenport Partners, Ms. Brand has been instrumental in many aspects of the company including acquisitions, due diligence, property management, and property level accounting. She is directly responsible for leasing and construction management of tenant improvements, as well as rehabilitation projects in Orange County. She also plays a material role in company-level accounting, investor relations, payroll and benefits, insurance and technology.

Ms. Brand and her husband of over 25 years reside in Huntington Beach and enjoy adventure traveling, boating, and music in her spare time.
