Davenport Advisors Stock Fund LP (DASF) was formed in 2009 to invest in publicly traded real estate stocks and real estate related securities. 

DASF invests in real estate related stocks such as: Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate Operating Companies, Land and Natural Resource Companies, Hotels, Mortgage Companies, Retailers and Diversified Companies with real estate holdings and Private Equity firms with a real estate focus.

Investors in the fund are the principals of Davenport Partners and many of its “Friends and Family”.
